FREE ARTS DAY: THEATRE

This past Staurday, MONOLODGE joined the Disney VoluntEARS in partnership with FreeArtsNYC.org to participate in a 1:1 mentorship project benefiting approximately 100 underprivileged youth. With Theater as the theme of the day, we were able to rotate to various art projects with our "buddy". Activities included puppet & theater design, costume making, and creative polaroid storytelling (above). "The Tiger and the Lion were hunting in the jungle because they were hungry..." The day was capped with a sit down all you can eat lunch and an outstanding performance/workshop by SevenCollective.org
